"After 5-ish years as a loyal customer, I WILL NOT BE BACK. EVER. Not only has one of the two pharmacists previously refused to supply PRESCRIBED DIABETIC MEDICATION, she kept my script on a "waiting list" FOR 6 WEEKS. When asking about the progress of the wait list, I was informed by a different staff member that they didn't have a wait list. They never had a wait list. She found my prescription in a desk drawer! The same pharmacist yesterday dispensed a box of controlled medication WITH PILLS MISSING FROM THE PACK and others had the anti-tamper blister seals broken. After letting them know of the issue with this pack of medication, I was told to "just take what's left as normal". SERIOUSLY?! There a reason why manufacturers specifically state DO NOT TAKE IF SEALS OR BLISTER FOIL IS DAMAGED. Why tell someone to take meds that could have been tampered with? They know the risks better than the rest of us. As their cctv doesn't show the pack being tampered with AT THE TIME OF SALE, they've accused my husband of stealing the missing pills and of messing with the others. (I have reported the missing controlled medicine to police, but...). No one is going to mess with medicines at the counter right before they are handed over, they'll do so between receiving the shipment and dispensing. I'm now without that medication for 2 weeks. I thought I was doing the right thing by letting them know there was a problem with the packet, but obviously not. All that achieved was giving them the time and opportunity to cover their behinds. Now I'll be opening and checking EVERY medication at the counter BEFORE I leave with it. For that, I apologise to the next pharmacy and everyone in line behind me."

"Well it is a difficult one to review. Either you get excellent service from staff or you will be treated like an idiot. Especially middle aged lady who is at cash counter, she is very rude and condescending. But the other girl who works at cash counter is very nice and treats customers with respect."

"If you are someone with stage IV cancer, please do not attend this pharmacy. My father attended this chemist to get a script filled as he was in terrible pain. He was refused. When I called the pharmacist to ask why, she said he could not tell her who his doctor was. This is absolutely not true. Instead, he was told to drive to his usual pharmacy where they would know the script was real. So he was made to drive 30 mins to an incredible busy pharmacy where he waited a further 30 minutes to receive his pain relief medication. Perhaps the pharmacist requires an eye check, as she didn’t believe the bald, physically in pain man with a script from a hospital cancer centre was a cancer patient."

"I only went there because it's closer to my home but definitely won't go back. Pharmacist is rude and condescending and likes to make you wait for her to put a label on your ventolin which none of the other pharmacies do. She likes to talk down to you as if you must be stupid. Also charge $1 more than Terry White at Schofields for ventolin/ asmol."
