"Used to be my go to salon. I wont be returning again. My nail technician stopped took 5 minutes to talk to another worker, while working on my nails. I don't mind talking but didn't appreciate waiting for them to finish their conversation to restart my nails. 5 minutes later another worker started to yell at my nail technician. It was so awkward I wanted to leave but couldn't. My nails are all different lengths, shapes and don't looked finished. There was no care factor to ensure nails looked the same shape or size. Do not recommend."

"Tried this place on a whim for the first time the other day, and safe to say I won’t be going back. Staff were very unfriendly and unprofessional, chatting and laughing between each other so loudly non-stop the whole time I was there. Every customer that came in seemed to be an inconvenience to them. I had a pedicure and the girl doing it cut the skin so far down the side of one of my toes that it’s now extremely painful, swollen and looks red and infected!!"

"Worst nails I have ever had. They were busy and she sped through completing my set where i was flinching because she was catching and broke my skin when filing. They are odd shaped, chunky and shellac was poorly done that you can see the ripples. Do not get your nails done here."

"Worst service ever! I received a $100 voucher for my birthday. I was excited to get a deluxe pedicure and acrylic tips on my nails….well think again. I went with my sisters and waited 45 minutes in the pedicure chairs. They continued to tell people that came in for appointments that they wouldn’t be long when they had people waiting for ages. Finally when the lady started on my pedicure she was so rough, she pulled at my feet and cut my toes multiple times when cutting my cuticles. She did not apologise once even though she could see I was uncomfortable. She was putting some sort of liquid on my bleeding toes which was so painful. Then after the worst pedicure ever, I got my nails done. I decided to get natural pink ombré SNS. I asked the lady if I could have holographic butterflies on the two feature nails, she said it would cost $10 extra! I mean cmon that’s ridiculous….it wouldn’t even cost them 5 cents. So I said no thank you and would just stick with the ombré. The lady doing my nails was really rough the entire time and kept pulling at my nails. I think it is extremely rude for a beautician to be so unprofessional to just pull at your hand and think it’s okay. When I was finished I thanked the lady that did my nails but she didn’t even say anything and walked away. Then I got up to pay and was I shocked. The lady said it was $125 in total, which I didn’t understand. She said that because I got ombré on my nails it was an extra cost ($15). I explained that I was never informed about the extra cost and wouldn’t of went through with the nail look. She said “well, what can we do about it now”. This is the worst, most unprofessional nail salon I’ve ever been to!!!! I would never go back again. They are far too expensive and have the worst customer service."

"Woman didn’t listen to anything I asked for as she was on her phone majority of time. Ended up doing a completely different colour that I didn’t ask for and I had to ask repeatedly for the shape I wanted and the colours I wanted through out the process only to be told I was continuously changing my mind through the process. The woman was nice enough but just wasn’t happy with the quality of the product or professionalism."
