"Sadly, this place seems to have gone downhill. I had my daughter booked in for her COVID vaccination that she needed for a cruise. First dose was no problem and booked in for the second dose between Christmas and New Year. A couple of days later I get a phone call wanting to push it back to early January as it gets busy in this period. This meant that it was moved to the absolute last day that she could get it. I found this a little stressful but trusted that because they knew the situation it would be fine. Then on Friday at 5pm (including the weekend and public holiday this was effectively the day before she was due to get her second dose), I receive a call stating that they had used my daughter’s dose and that they wouldn’t get any more until late January. What was even more disappointing was the total lack of care and just being told that I’ll just have to call around and see if somewhere else can do it. There was no real explanation as to how this happened and it has now left me in a position where a family holiday that has been planned for months is at risk. Based on my experience I would recommend looking elsewhere for anything important. I won’t be going back!!!"
