"Quality varies widely depending on who does your gel. Last time I went I didn't get the usual girl and I left after three hours with uneven, misshapen nails. Tried to make another appointment the next week and they wouldn't give me a time. At first they said Monday, then changed their mind. I asked for Thursday and never got a reply. Unfortunate, because the nails are amazing when they're done properly but customer service and professionalism is lacking. I went elsewhere."

"This was single-handedly the WORST experience I have ever had. After booking an appointment for Japanese Gel Nail Art online, when I arrived at the salon the staff member looking after me was more than 30mins late. An hour had gone by and nothing had been done to my nails except a buff and cuticle removal because she was busy fixing mistakes from the customer before me. The staff member proceeded to cut 2 of my fingers by removing far too much skin on the cuticles. My fingers were bleeding continuously for at least 15mins and quite sore. I asked for gel extensions on my nails with a simple, silver sparkle design. After 2hrs in the chair, the staff member could not bond the extensions onto my nails. She tried what looked like the cheapest super glue I've ever seen and then attempted to bond the nail tips with gel?! My nails were left with the thickest and largest clumps of dried gel and looked terrible. She then proceeds to tell me that she is unable to put extensions on my fingers because my nails are too weak. I told her that was not true, as my nails have had nothing (not even nail polish) on them for 3 months. I've had extensions on my nails on and off for years without any issues. When I asked for my $30 deposit back, she began to yell at me claiming it was my fault for not booking 2 services on their website (one for nail art and one for extensions). I showed her that NO WHERE on their website does it offer a service of nail art and extensions. It also doesn't ask the customer to book 2 appointments if they want extensions and nail art. If I had booked 2 appointments, I would have also needed to pay $60 in deposits. She got very angry at me while I remained quite calm and asked her not to yell at me. I asked her to please process the refund in front of me, before I left the store, so I could be sure it had been done. This was a horrible experience. I've never been yelled at before like that in customer service, for something that wasn't even my fault. I was extremely patient and polite the entire time, even as she cut me and made me wait more than 30mins for my appointment. I'm a singer and had a show that weekend which I needed my nails done for and this was what I was left with. PLEASE do not waste your time and money with this salon. It's disgraceful."
