"I recently booked a tour for the Snowy Mountains, to enjoy ski-ing with some friends. The response and setup was as expected per any other quota, and the tours and guides were professional and taught well. I genuinely have no idea what the review earlier about being a home business, has to do with prices and checking. If your actually smart enough you can contact them through Wechat etc. Its honestly baffling how underwhelming and petty some people can be. Overall, I enjoyed my trip and got what I paid for, If going somewhere in Australia, I would come to P&J travel again."

"I booked a private car charter to tour some relatives around Brisbane, however, I was very disappointed with one of the driver's service and attitude. A communication error between the local driver in Brisbane and the Sydney office resulted in the driver not completing the service as per the paid quote. Yet when I raised this issue with the driver, he made it out to be my fault (he said i was unprofessional in my itinerary). PJ travels are supposed to be the professionals to help clients, but apparently the driver thinks clients should be travel professionals? Driver was extremely rude, raised his voice with me, and started accusing me of being petty. Even though i didn't have to deal with him after day 1, I still think it's important to write this review as it was very poor experience for me."
