"It's a slight pity that on the day when we were supposed to fly, that the winds were too strong. Was really looking forward to the plane ride, and the meal after at Berowra Waters Inn. Appreciate the very easily accessible team through their support channels. That said, the team was still especially kind to 1) call a couple of hours prior to flight time, 2) refund the amount paid back into the credit card, and 3) facilitate us enjoying ourselves at the restaurant the rest of the day. Rose Bay is especially gorgeous in the Summer. Will be back some day for the experience!"
