"I went to treat myself and get my nails done french for a weekend away and it was a HUGE mistake! My nails look awful and I want to cover them up with gloves. It was a total hack job!! Are the nail technicians even trained or qualified?? Worst filing of nails I’ve ever seen. Inconsistent shape and rough edges. I did a pedicure too which I do better myself. I will NEVER go there again."

"I have been a regular and loyal client for the past year and a half. Really disappointed with todays service. Im not after perfection but I expect a decent job. My sns nails were rushed and I left the salon with 4 cuts and a few fingers bleeding. More of my skin was filed than my nails. My nails were left looking lumpy and uneven as half the steps were overlooked to get the job done quicker. The top coat wasnt covering the full nail. I was told its done and I can go after paying in full and i had to ask several times to please fix or can I have the polish to fix myself. I understand it depends on the technician you get, some are fine but others have been quite rough. I am not one to make a fuss and always hope for the best. Just a really upsetting overall experience. I understand accidents happen but not when you get cut repeatedly then it becomes carelessness. Some accountabilty needs to be taken. 24hrs on and my finger is completely inflamed and throbbing. I should not have to come home to disinfect my fingers and keep applying antiseptic cream evey few hours to avoid a further infection. You have a duty of care please take better care of your clients and not rush to fit more clients in. Thank you!"
