"I would never use this company again. I found Jenny and Dianne were rude and abrupt each time I tried to access my bookings with them. Nothing but complications since booking. No communication via phone nor email. Terrible DONT USE !!! Definitely cheaper to book direct with cruise company than use this company. NEVER AGAIN !!!! "Booked 3 Cabins for a 3 day cruise in February 2019 for cruise departure on the 1st February 2020. Due to an ongoing series of miscommunication with the independant Travel Agent, 1 of the cabins was cancelled and was not advised until full payment was made 9 months later. We are now in the process of trying to receive refunds for the other 2 cabins but I love Cruising Travel agent has advised that we need to wait till P & O refund them to pass on to us which can take upto 6 weeks. We did not pay P& O, we Paid ILC so it the expectation that ILC refund and they can seek reimbursement from P & O. The whole experience has been very stressful and will go directly thru P &O in the future"
