Flight Centre Miranda

"Flight Centres Standards have dropped They used to have warm , friendly and helpful staff when I have used them in the past. Now they seem unhelpful inexperienced , and uninterested . The guy with the glasses that Manages the Miranda Store isn't very nice at all. No doubt his careless attitude towards customers would flow on down to his staff. I don't know if each store is a Franchise or not But the person in charge of Managing Sydneys Sutherland Shire Area / region of stores needs to lift their game."
