"Nails infected, cuticles bleeding and then when I went to get my refund they were trying to shift the blame on me because I should’ve told them it was happening. I warned them I have very thin skin and sensitive to the drills, also trauma to my nails before so I might be a bit anxious. Ignored completely and after 45 minutes I finally got my refund, because the owner doesn’t allow their team to do them"
