"As someone who is not a friend posting happy reviews for this organization, I can honestly state that booking with this agency was the worst experience and the employee showed a complete lack of integrity and professionalism. Her license should be revoked. Issuing tickets with with incorrect names, changing flights to include stop overs and then refusing to email emirates to change flights after she made a blatant error. She took advantage of an older woman when booking for money. stay away if you want a decent flight experience"
