"My recent visit to Cre8te Nails was marred by the unprofessional and rude behavior of one particular nail technician. I was looking forward to a relaxing manicure, but the experience turned sour due to their attitude. From the moment I sat down, the technician seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. They didn't greet me with a smile or any warmth, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable right from the start. Throughout the service, the technician exhibited impatience and irritability. When I asked questions about the process or requested minor adjustments, they responded with condescending remarks, as if my concerns were bothersome and irrelevant. Their lack of communication skills was apparent, as they hardly engaged in any conversation and didn't bother to explain the steps of the manicure or the products being used VERY RUSHED SERVICE & RUDE STAFF - 0/5 stars so be grateful you got 1 star :)"

"My 13 year old has been to have her nails done here with her friend many times. Every time she asks for a particular treatment it’s never done the way she asks, they are abrupt, rude and aggressive. We sadly won’t be back as it’s suppose to be a treat for the girls and enjoyable. Not an uncomfortable experience feeling like they are in trouble and imposing. There is one particular lady who is like this and I'm sure she is either the owner or senior staff. The talk around Mornington is many have encountered her rude manner and it maybe best you address it."

"Completely rude, simply wanting to have a nail repaired as it was going to break…just rudely refused because I didn’t attend this shop initially I thought I can’t possibly go back to Qld. Found another nail business close by, extremely happy to assist and to add to their generosity they insisted it was free. Some people are just heavenly kind. I’ll definitely be returning."

"If i could do a 0 for customer service i would! Nails look great but aside from that- SO extremely rude! Went in for french tip- not long but the lady said it was too long and would look really bad. All very aggressive when changing hands and were very judgemental! wouldn’t recommended if you want a nice experience."

"TERRIBLE !!!!!!! I had the worst experience today. First day of school holidays I decided to take my 9 year old and her friend to get their nails done as a treat. The lady working in the store aggressively tells me I must pay $20 for her to sit in hot water on the massage chair, ok sure no problems. Within 5 min she is yelling at me and my daughter that she needs to get out of the chair. The other women working in the store start yelling that my daughter is taking up the chair, mind you the salon is completely empty, I see why now. After much negotiating my daughter was allowed to stay in the chair while all the women sniggered around her and made us feel uncomfortable. Fast-forward to my nails... Initially I was quoted one price to get my tips done, then all of a sudden she is adding on an extra $15 telling me she is giving me a "discount". I didn't care about the discount , I simply wanted my nails done with my chosen color. Every time I asked a question, the manager who spoke perfectly good English and wore dark glasses was extremelly aggressive. I asked her why she is being aggressive? She was literally shouting at me. I told her, please don't be aggressive with me. I can't believe this salon gets away with being so rude and aggressive . If you hate your clients so much, and you have zero tolerance for kids, then shut the business down. My entire day was ruined due to such unprofessional staff. My friend was going to join us with her 3 kids, I called her and told her to go elsewhere. Ive never seen such a high level of aggression in a nail salon. I suggest clients go elsewhere."
