Best nails ever

"I came yesterday 1hr before the closing with no booking and the staff was so nice with me, They still accept to receive me. "I’ve been going to this nail salon for over a year now. Until today I would have given you a 5 Star rating and ignored a few things as a general expectation of a nail salon. Today, though I was so disappointed and I left feeling really upset and swindled $$$. It shouldn’t take as long as it did to remove normal nail polish off toes and to do a pedi as it did. The pedi was not much at all, cold water, feet left in for far too long, massage, well that’s debatable, more like a skin polish for no more than 30 - 40 seconds, and it all depends on the tech you get how good this part is. If you get in the massage chair you should at least get it turned on, only once has it been turned on or offered in a service over the time I have been in and been in the chairs. My hands were left in the bowls to remove my sns for the same amount of time it took to do my pedi, a very long time and not once did she check or acknowledge me when I checked my own hands. I ended up taking them out so no damage could happen. I only wanted clear polish on my hands and a medi but because they got busy I was rushed through without the medi, nails quickly cut and one coat of clear polish. By another tech (I will add a very good tech on all other occasions). My nails feel rough and are fragile, one nail has broken by a clear cut it the corner from cutting them so quickly already . When I was checking my toes to see if they were dry, because at this point all techs had moved onto other customers. Another female tech walked pasted to tell me they are not dry yet wait another 5 mins. She did not feel them to check. So I wait another 5 mins, 5 mins comes and goes, so at this point I check my dry toe nails again and take the separators out. The lady sprays them and as I am making my way up to pay another customer walks in front of me and pays for her nails which have not been completed yet and walks back to her chair, the nail tech should have asked her to wait as she was serving another customer. When I pay I’m charged $65. To remove sns and normal paint. And to have normal paint put back on and 1 coat of clear + plus a pedi that I wouldn’t call a pedi. As I leave the workers at the front all laugh. I get you may not of been laughing at me, but as customers we will never know because you very rarely try to really engage with us and at times it’s somewhat confusing in what you are trying to explain to us, I believe more effort in customer service is required. Getting your nails done, medi or pedi should be a relaxing pampering experience where communication is key along with great customer service. You will lose business if that service continues and someone else comes along and provides exceptional service. Do better and be better!
