"Stop giving your money to this place the customer service is the lowest in the industry!!! The staff are so rude and arrogant and start talking about you in Vietnamese right in-front of you!!!! No cleaning of the equipment in between clients, they immediately use the same tools on the client in the chair next to you!! I know it seems like the convenient option, however they’re fantastic high quality nail salons all over Burke Road, that treat you like a human being with dignity and respect."

"I needed a manicure and French polish done for a photo shoot. 1.5 days after the French polish was done, half the nails had already chipped off some or all of the white polish. When I went back to Miami to show them (2 days after the polish was done), they said they make no guarantees on how long the polish lasts, and blamed me for “not looking after them well enough”. I had been incredibly careful with them knowing the shoot was coming up. A manicure and polish should last muc longer than 1.5 days. Will never be going back here. Terrible quality service and incredibly rude."

"Unfortunately not the best experience, all staff were on their phones infront of their clients whilst waiting to get the next part of their nails done. I could tell staff were talking about me and laughing and making fun of me in a different language. My nail tech was very rough with my nails, she hurt my fingers with the drill and marked my nails and continued to just stare at me.. They continue to take every customer that walks in even when they do not have enough staff. I do not recommend this business"

"There are two young girls who were so unfriendly and looking at me and laughing. It was so clear that they were making fun of me and I do not recommend his place. Although the nails aren't bad, they aren't cheap and the service is terrible. If you own this shop please ask your workers to work on their customer service and have a better attitude."

"I took 9 x 10 year olds for a birthday party. They could not have been more welcoming and kind. They painted toes and fingers of all the girls and made them feel very special."
