"Attention to detail, gentle and efficient. I got SNS with extensions which cost me $50, I thought this was very good. The girls were lovely and constantly checking that I was happy with the progress of my nails."

"I have been the most unhappiest with my nails the last time i visited this place . I have been a regular customer to them and there was this one girl who used to always do my nails perfectly. The last time i went she wasnt there so someone else did for me , she was the rudest i feel with her communication with me . She literally said that they charge extra 10$ for long nails onto which i said that i have been a regular customer and no one even mentioned about this to me . She literally said i will remove the extension and u can go somewhere else. This is embarrassing that I travelled all my way to them and they said this to me . And fun fact literally a nail broke the other day too!! I wish i had never gone that very day to them. Uninterested work was done ."

"I went here to get my shellac pedicure for my wedding. I was attended to by a staff who didn’t understand English. I had gel polish on and she began by buffing it and then applied a gel polish remover on top. (Thick clear glump in nail polish bottle). After a minute it started to sting. I told her it was stinging and she just smiled at me and said just one minute and continued to apply the remover to the other side. After a few more minutes my foot was burning. It was so painful I had to yell out to another staff who knew immediately to remove all traces of the remover and washed it all off. Two weeks later, the cuticles of my toes are peeling as they are chemically burnt. I would NEVER recommend this place. 1. The staff did not care what I was explaining. 2. This clearly had happened before because I didn’t even need to tell the other staff what happened and she asked me if just my toes were numb or my leg."

"Happy with the prices Workmanship was really good Very particular and eye for detail with regards to manicuring and painting Would have been 5 stars but after calling an hr in advance and booking an appointment I still waited 50 minutes to get my nails done A woman who came after me was served and completed before I was I wouldn't say the staff were necessarily rude but they weren't overly friendly either Overall still extremely happy with the results and pricing"
