"I am highly disappointed. I have been here before and had a great experience but today I encountered a rude lady who was highly homophobic. She told me off for calling the person I’m with my partner, saying “he’s your boyfriend, not your partner.” Yet, I never said the gender of my partner. She told me off for not relaxing my hand and then when I did said not to rest my hand on her so I had to hold my fingers in the air whilst relaxing. She also said how I should not have cut my cuticles (which I cut because I tend to pick them). Overall her attitude was disgusting and I left just paying for acrylic nails with no colour because of how uncomfortable that was. It still cost me $50 for a horrible time and wish I did not pay."

"This is the 2nd time I’ve attended this nail salon. I have not had one complaint called ahead of time and booked an appointment and they kept the time. They always take care of my nail health and give me the best service. There pedicures and manicure last more than 3 weeks. And always a lovely group of workers that take care of you. Definitely have become a favourite new place for me. Highly highly recommend!!"
