"Don't waste your time with these people. I needed to book an overseas flight for next week. The lady over the phone flat-out did not want to help me. The woman continued to state if I'd gone online to check myself. Isn't that what travel consultants are for? Otherwise, quit your job if you refuse to assist people with their travel plans. To say she was busy with appointments; is a complete lie; I would have been more than happy for her to suggest she email me with some details once she was free. I'm not new to travel, I've worked with brilliant agents that go all out and beyond, even if it is in a form of an email. The woman only offered to assist me when my tone changed; only then did she offer a quick look; I'm sorry, just a minute ago, you stated you were busy with work. Very sad that employers do not know how lazy their employees are and are losing them business."
