An unfortunate mix-up with the order meant our product arrived late and while this would normally leave us dissatisfied, the local store manager went above and beyond to ensure we left feeling good about our experience. "Whilst we are very happy with the tiles, the delivery was extremely disappointing. When delivery finally came (later than promised) the delivery driver drove the forklift into our house damaging the guttering and fascia. No response or solution from National Tiles managers, lodged insurance claim and they still refuse to pay for the damage. Horrendous that they think this is acceptable. Don’t buy from them. These people don’t care."

"The National Tiles showroom in Alexandria is really big with a lot of tiles on display. Their staff were super nice and friendly and happy to help us immediately. The prices are competitive and they had a lot on sale or clearance. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the showroom with an accessibility friendly entrance."

"Visited National Tiles Alexandria as I am currently updating my downstairs bathroom. Pleased to find a wide range of tiles on display in this store. Had a helpful interaction with a young female staff member who was knowledgeable on the market's current tile trends, as well as different tile shapes & their individual pros, cons, etc. Store was a bit busy but I was impressed by the amount of time dedicated to answering my queries. Would recommend."
