"Thought I give them a go and give them some businesses. Honestly I've should have read the reviews prior of ordering. Nothing on their website reflects what they have on stock. Sent emails no responses. Website chat, and was told blah days with some attitude and not even an apology. Waited the days they mentioned and still nothing. Blame it on their supplier, rather than what they said the week before they've secured blah for the customers. Tried cancelling via chat and still ignoring it. Instead called and got the products ordered cancelled. Was hoping to have many years of honest dealings but that just got bomb out completely. I had other orders from other stores delivered in 2-3 days. But here, nothing, no responses. Too bad. That's just my experiences, doesn't mean you will get the same experiences. Good luck!"
"Impact wrench shows up on the website in stocks I call them to confirm still in stocks I was waiting on the phone for 5 minutes after 5 minutes they says they haven't stocks. Because I was read reviews all reviews said the put on their website in stocks but when you order it's not in stocks don't recommend."
"Yep another one who wish to read the reviews before placing an order ... I ordered and paid in full for some items that they are not actually in stock ... Told me that it will take a while to get the items back in stock "because the rep ... bla ... bla .. bla ... " Cancelled the order and I'm waiting for the full refund. I'm wondering how long it would take for them to tell me that they don't have the item ... Honestly? Stay away if possible or buy only in store where you can see the "physical" item!"
"Wish I'd read the earlier reviews before ordering. My items eventually arrived but only after multiple follow ups. No order confirmation when ordered online. Items shown as in-stock on their web site were not in fact in stock. No advice of that shipping delay - the only way I found up was from constantly chasing them up. Items arrived over a month after original order placement, just re-wrapping around the packing of supplier they'd sourced from (whom I could have ordered from directly)! Won't be using VEK Tools again."
"I spoke to kiro tiday about ordering me in a special order for a drawer runner for my toolbox. He called me back as he said he would and even arranged me to go and pick up the runner myself to save time and freight. 10/10 for customer service which. Is awesome after getting 00/10 from another large shop in SYDNEY selling TOOLS"
