"Friendly staff and good prices...but. No EFTPOS and no sign saying "cash only" is a bit of a trap for new customers. Plus, having comments made about how "banged up" my head was wasn't welcomed. If staff want to comments on any scars or damage someone has, do it AFTER the customer leaves, not during the cut. Having said that, it is still the best haircut I've had in years. Each day, it seems to look better and I've had a lot of positive comments. Thanks Damien for addressing my concerns, good to see someone takes note and takes action."
