"Unfortunately, a couple decided to sit on my BOOKED allocated seats for a group of 5! The couple SWORE inappropriate words at my friend and told us to sit down at the front! Management were made aware of the incident that had transpired after the movie had wrapped up (unfortunately we all couldn't sit together). I would like to thank the Manager who worked on Friday evening (04/08) for dealing with the matter professionally and with great courtesy, we appreciated the support & kindness with complimentary tickets being offered as an apology. "Staff are nice and friendly and the cinema is rather deluxe. The cinema seats are nice and the screen is massive and has high quality speakers, food is nice too. Love this place."

"I like the fact that you can choose where you want to sit in the movie, when you go up to make a purchase!! Love this cinema. There's buttons on the side of your chair and the chair automatically folds out into a recliner chair. They're so comfortable, those chairs. The atmosphere inside the cinema is, absolutely mind blowing."

"Currently escalators are under reconstruction so access is via the lift opposite. Monday night is quite empty. No ticket discounts. Mint choc ice cream $7. Odd lack of signage which cinema you are standing in front of, see my photos below. Cinema is 7.1, Dolby system. Sound is clear and somewhat better than the KRIX system at Village. Not so powerful from the front and better side directionality. The volume is plenty. Seats are DBox recliners (hall 8). Overall at $78.45 for three seats it’s expensive."
