"Friday, 11/08/23. Came to see 7.30pm session of "Oppenheimer." As we arrived to the complex everyone was outside; it had been evacuated. We waited around outside. When we finally got in the movie had already started. It was impossible to hear/see the movie while many people continued to arrive after us. I estimate we missed the first 20-30 minutes. No apology, no explanation. When we left there was absolutely no staff left. And now I'm trying to call to ask "What is this; do we get a refund?" but of course no one is answering the phone. The voice message actually warns staff will not be able to answer during busy periods. But how do we know when that is? Not impressed by the lack of ownership of the place."
"Smaller sized screens but great sound system and very comfortable reclining seats. Not impressed with their ban on bringing in ANY food or drink however. Especially when we wait 10 mins to be served, only to find out they didn't have any mulled wine!"
"What an absolute gem of a place. Ultra modern, very clean and recliner seats that you would want at home. Close to gold class seating minus the food they bring in during the movie. This is my new favourite place to watch movies. I was impressed l brought a membership."
"You can buy a good coffee or a drink for while you're waiting for your movie to start, or to sip while watching. Comfortable reclining seats in cosy cinema rooms. It just has a lovely atmosphere."
"Very interesting. I am glad large parts have been preserved. I am considering another visit in the near future."
