"Had the worst 1 year of renting through them. Nothing was thorough from the start with us having to micromanage alongside our day jobs. Agent went MIA without any Out of Office only for us to find out that she worked 4 day weeks leading to massive delays in maintenance issues being reported. When I followed up, her response was "If I haven't responded, it's upto you to under that I haven't red it, doesn't matter if I didn't have an OOO".
