"Over promise and under delivered services. Claims 23 years experience but felt like we had more knowledge than the management as first time visitor. Below standard accommodation and food. Was brining left over food from the camp to the hotel in order to save breakfast and lunch. Zero communication by female group leader. Everyone seem to have been charged different package amounts. Package amount decided/agreed was changed at the last moment. Cheaper tickets with multiple carrier were bought and the flights were not even linked. Baggage allowance was unsure until we reached the airport for our return flight. Most of us were affected by this and people even had to even leave Zam Zam behind. Management left Saudi before our departure with a lots of unanswered questioned and issues resolved. People had to wait in transit at KL airport for 11.5 hours without a hotel. Was informed arrange our own hotel. Management travelled with Etihad themselves with 40kgs baggage allowance, whereas, we were allowed 20-25kgs. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Eman Travel AT ALL. Note: The main purpose of this feedback is to save others by destroying their life time experience. Jazak Allah"
