"Do not adopt here. I returned a dog within 7 days and they haven't give me my refund back $700. I have now contacted Consumers Affair and possibly VCAT will also be involved. They are terrible. Adopt somewhere else."
"I enquired about adopting a dog via FB messenger. The team member took a lot of his time answering my questions and providing information. Clearly, a very dedicated team of vets & animal lovers work there. We organised a meet & and greet, and I adopted a 2 yr old dog. Pet Haven provided an adoption pack with a bed, bowl, lead, cat seatbelt attachment, and some toys. They could not have been more supportive. I highly recommend supporting them in their endeavour to save and re-home animals."
