"Every one will tell you that you can collect scrap wood as fire wood from their scrap pile for $15 a trailer load. This is not true. You can go to the scrap site and be expected to know this is not true, but if you go to the office to pay for it, they inform you that the cost is $40 per load, which you have to load yourself. Perhaps if it was loaded for you it would be worth it. I was told that not knowing this could result in being arrested. The staff were condescending and have no idea what customer service means. Threatening someone with calling the police because they aren't following the rules, which are posted NOWHERE is how idiots behave. AVOID THIS PLACE!"
