"Most of the people use this platform as they have to due the company requirements they work for, otherwise, it is impossible for them to find clients with this greedy mindset- they are well aware of how bad their customer service is, but as their main purpose is to get more money with less service they do not improve the service. there is no intention for that. A recommendation to users: I know its mandatory to use but for any kind of problem just raise an official complaint from their website, sometimes a director or manager included in the process and may help you."
"I had to use due to the company requirements. The worst agency ever, do not try to call for help as they just get the money and do nothing. I have no words to describe their service, worst/ insufficient etc. not enough, probably a few randomly gathered people with zero experience do this job better. They apologise they say sorry but they keep charging without any solution. Their focus : More money less service. This is smart from their side as every time you ask for help they charge extra. Greedy, sneaky .."
