"My first two cuts here over the last 6 months were ok - nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about. Today was my worst haircut experience in a long time. I was served by one of two kids who looked like brothers and had a habit of chatting and to each other in another language and smirking at customers as they side-eyed them. The one who cut my hair was super-rushed and at the end of it, left top half of my hair completely messy. Like not fashionably messy or tussled, but like I just towel-dried my hair. He couldn't even be bothered running a comb through it, let alone dry it or put any product in it. I was a bit shocked that it was over but he was already behind the counter. I used my hands to try and make it look like I didn't just step out of the shower and paid and left with a vow to not come back."
"In response to your comment:Just because others do it, doesn't mean it's right. We will NEVER return so there's no point emailing this shop. Would give 0 stars if I could. So unprofessional! Guy at the 2nd mirror was too busy on his phone cutting hair and the lady doing my husband's hair gave my husband a CROOKED and patchy high fade when he asked for a mid fade. Also staff are offering a discount if you leave then a google review, which is against Google's terms because you can't offer any form of incentive for a review, so a large majority of the positive reviews here are just for a discount or friends of the staff to bump up reviews."
