"what can anyone say other than nice things after having your pet basically saved from amputation. "thank you so much" is probably a start. having issues in finding help on a Sunday we finally found this piece of Eden. overall our experience was quite good apart from the inevitable wait to be seen - understandable though as more urgent cases arrive while waiting. the admin staff were great and are prompt with any queries either via sms, mobile, or email. vets actually communicate over mobile in a way that a simpleton like me can understand clearly, we'll done. I suppose patience is a virtue??? anyway, many thanks but hope not to see you again, no malice intended."
