"I was following one of their trucks along Mangrove Mountain Rd at a normal distance, the truck was driving erratically, it then ran both passengers side rear tyres off the road. This broke my windscreen, I spoke to the driver and then the owner the reply was this happens all the time, not our problem. I spoke to our insurance and they spoke to them with a reply of "As the operative cause of your clients damage is the rocks, you will need to take this matter up with the local council.Due to the above we wish to advise that we are denying liability. " This is very poor as if the truck was on the road it wouldn't have been a problem. I would never purchase from these people as they just don't care."
