"Be aware this clinic has a culture of saying ‘no’ to customer requests and working backwards to justify themselves. They do not care about their customers and I will never be returning - I spent close to $1,000 on vet care and was denied access to medical records - despite making it clear in my initial appointment that this might be needed and the vet agreeing to do so. I am increasing my review to 2 stars in recognition that the requested paperwork has since been provided - but only after posting a negative review that the clinic made clear they had seen and were unhappy with. Phil: if you don’t wish to receive negative reviews, don’t provide poor customer service."

"The staff are always happy to answer any questions, and are very friendly. They had treated my bird well and kept him nice and warm during his stay, and also provided us with daily photos! Made the long drive worth the wait, the expensive cost of treatment is the only con I really think there is"

"I'm quite disappointed with the way I have been treated so far. This was the third time I made an appointment requesting to see Dr Phillip. First reception was very reluctant to book me an appointment, for different reasons, then they booked me in for the next day. I was assured that I will have the opportunity to bring my pet to see Dr Phillip. When I arrived, I was told he is not there, even though I told them several times I'm happy to wait if he is booked out. Reception took liberties to book me with a different vet and put notes in my booking that were very different to what I communicated on the phone. I lost an hour and a half of my day as I don't live close. Disappointing experience as a new customer."

"I highly recommend this clinic. I have been taking my elderly chicken, Sarah, here for several months now, since she developed shortness of breath. Dr Phil diagnosed a heart condition, and started her on medications which have given her a new lease on life. She is such a content, energetic chicken now, and has already far exceeded her life expectancy. Dr Phil and other members of the team always treat myself and Sarah with great kindness, compassion, and respect. He is very generous with his time, and expert advice, clearly outlining treatment options. I am more than happy to travel over 80 km to receive such fantastic care. We are so grateful. Thank you!"

"Brought my dog in to this vet today for the first time today to get a tumor removed from his toe, and the staff were so lovely and kind. Made sure we were comfortable with everything and took time explaining to us the surgery and aftermath and made sure we felt comfortable and were happy with it. Amazing place, we are now new customers to this vet and would recommend!!!!"
