"Found a few hairs in my food and they definitely weren’t mine. Do not eat here!"
"Last Thurs 17th Aug 2023, I ate chicken & lamb dishes at Spice Zone Indian Eatery, Westfield Mount Druitt. That night I was vomiting the whole night with these 2 Indian dishes. I will never eat here again. People have to be very careful in eating at this food shop. Attention All - Don't patronise them. I don't wish you to get terribly sick like me."
"I ordered Maharajah Thali. The dish I got was nothing close to the picture on their board. It was supposed to be the meal with a can of drink or water. After paying, I was told The options were only for water or Coke Zero and I couldn’t have any other drink. I declined both the water and the Coke Zero and no discount offered for not having the drink. I asked for a paper bag to put the naan in and an extra take away container which I was told and got charged 80 cents extra. The board says 50 cents for container. When I queried this the lady said I was getting a bag as well. When I got given the container, she gave me a plastic bag which I told her I didn’t want and that I had asked for a paper bag. I didn’t get the paper bag or the plastic bag or the extra 30 cents she charged me for the bag. After having my meal, I went back to the counter as now a different lady was there. I told this lady I was very disappointed with my experience and then the lady who served me came back and began being rude and angrily gave me the 30 cents back. I had also purchased a large lamb korma to take away. It was nothing like a korma. It was more like pieces of lamb swimming in tinted sweetened coconut milk! Worst customer service from the lady who said it was her business. I told her she needed lessons in customer service especially if she was the owner of the business. Zero stars if there was the option."
"Mango chicken didn’t have much taste, had a little bone in it, lamb korma was better but they were both a bit watery"
