"We have stayed here afew times, most recently Jul 2023, as always apartment was clean, well stocked, nice and toasty, everything worked, and all the staff we saw (mainly at reception) were kind and courteous. Would definitely continue to stay here, we did also notice our apartment had been decked out for improved disability access and accessories and I think this is a wonderful addition and would be well appreciated by those who require it."

"Ver clean and tidy apartment. Beautiful atmosphere. but no room service available till 7 days. We stayed there for 5 nights. They gave only 3 rubbish bags. So we had to buy rubbish bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. No lock for the bathroom. No mirrors in the rooms."

"If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Ferntree Gully, look no further than Lifestyle Apartments. We had booked elsewhere in the area, trying to save a few dollars, but after checking in there, ended up not staying. From the moment we enquired, Sarah went out of her way to sort out some emergency accommodation for us, and if you deal direct rather than through an online agent its cheaper. Our emergency accommodation started at two weeks and ended up being a total of 4 months. During that time Sarah and husband Dale and their friendly staff went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. One of the first things we noticed when we entered our room was just how clean and well-maintained it was. Not the case elsewhere! The Housekeepers that serviced our room once a week, Kath and Roxy, take pride in their work and Dale makes sure the whole facility was well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all of the home style amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the stand out features of Lifestyle Apartments is the very comfortable beds. If you're travelling for business or staying somewhere for more than a night or 2 then a good bed and nice linen is really appreciated. Finally, the location of Lifestyle Apartments is hard to beat. It's situated in the heart of Ferntree Gully, within easy walking distance of shops, take-away food, and other local facilities. Its perfect if you live in the area and need temporary accommodation or simply need a comfortable place to stay while visiting the area, Lifestyle Apartments is your best option ."

"We had a very pleasant stay. We appreciated the staff accommodating an earlier than usual check-in. The room was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. I did notice the free Wifi was unavailable some of the time, but there's good mobile reception, so using a mobile hotspot was an easy workaround. Also if cooking your own meals it would be nice to have a couple extra pots and pans. Otherwise, the kitchen is very functional. Great location - easy walking distance to shops, and a short drive to the Dandenong Ranges. Overall we were very pleased with our stay."
