"I paid $265 to have my hair absolutely DESTROYED by these people. My hair is now a quarter of its original thickness and beyond repair due to them leaving bleach in my hair for OVER 90 MINUTES! I am embarrassed by how my hair looks, it is thin and damaged. I went in with my mother who they moved over to this sink once they realised ALL MY HAIR WAS FALLING OUT DUE TO THE BLEACH so she didn’t see. The people there knew they’d destroyed my hair and didn’t do anything about it. Absolutely atrocious behaviour and service. My scalp has been throbbing and red for the last day after the disgusting treatment. My mother went back to tell them about it and they tried to give her some cheap products that would further damage my hair. The man who did my hair even admited that my ENTIRE HAIR LENGTH WAS DAMAGED AND THAT I SHOULD CUT IT ALL OFF. The people here knew that they did this and tried to hide it. Like I wouldn’t notice that I am now missing 70% of my hair. I now have to spend HUNDREDS of dollars trying to fix my hair with other products and actually good hair salon visits. The fact that they can do this to another person is so horrific. My hair is less than half. I have breakage everywhere. I’ve posted some photos of what it was before, just to show how thick and healthy it was vs what these people have left me with. Shame on you."

"Over $30 for a 3 year old boys haircut. Have signage up advising weekdays $22 weekends $25 yet my 3 year olds hair cut was over $30. Plus with 7 year old so over $60. Haircuts were great so wasn’t going to argue…but just a dodgy experience and I’d never have paid that if I knew in advance the “real price” Will take my $ else where next time"

"Stear clear. Overall, a below average barbershop with inexperienced staff, terrible wait times, and hugely inflated prices. Not to mention, their reviews are flooded with fake positive reviews to inflate their ratings. I have been here multiple times throughout the store’s lifetime -- a month after it opened, a year after it opened, and just a few months ago -- hoping everytime that it improved. I was extremely disappointed each time. To his merit, Kevyn is very friendly and great with customers. The other barbers should take notes. Save your money and time. Look elsewhere."

"Do not get your haircut by the skinny guy with a cap on. He loves to take his time and was more concerned about the boy in the store not sweeping the floor and used the hair-dryer more on him than he did on me. The bloke cutting hair next to him managed to finish 2 customers before he finished mine and I asked for a standard haircut."

"An amazing hair wash and massage -however I did come in with the request to colour basically as it was ie cover the grey-so roots touch up, but as close to the same body of hair colour (golden brown)as possible. Unfortunately the result is dark brown- I can't even say mid brown. I did mention it is darker than I wanted and was told :"all good it blends nicely" I had a following physio appointment else where and had to run so not able to take this further but so very disappointed this time. Would suggest the team listen to the client. Will I come back?.,...not sure."
