"Appalling service! Had to wait a month for an order that was supposed to take 7 days; of course they say they sent the order but "it was missed on their end". I'm told I still need to wait another 2 weeks. Always promised a call back but always need to chase them up. Half the times when I call, nobody else can help me and the guy I need to speak to is "in the yard"."
