"My friend just came home after having a hair cut at this place. I was shocked to see the cut for $30. Apparently the hair dresser was polite and had a decent chat so giving 2 star, 1 star for the hair cut. Never going back."

"I was out on a Sunday and went by my local barber in Burwood who had a line out the door. Needed a quick trim so I found this place on the map. After my experience I can see why I was the only customer in the store. I asked for a basic trim, 1 on the sides, finger length on the top, with an undercut. After 25 minutes I had received a 1 to 2 fade only halfway above my ears. I don't tend to complain and am happy for a long session if it's a standout haircut, but this clearly wasn't. I clarified that I wanted a straight number 1 on the sides with an undercut and the guy looked confused. He asked his colleague something while pointing at me then came back and continued to give me a fade. I thought "fine, I'll just fix this at home" After 35 minutes he started on the top and couldn't have been slower whilst also being inconsistent. 45 minutes have passed, he says "any product today?" and holds up the mirror. I just said "no thanks" and promptly paid so I could get out of there. If there wasn't another customer in the store I would have said something. Other than the time I had to correct him and when he asked if I wanted product, we sat in silence for the entire time. I drove past my local barber later that day, when I walked in they were still a bit busy but I still got a cheerful fretting from multiple barbers. One of the barbers comes over and says "what are you after?" and I said "I've just been up the road, can you please fix this haircut". He laughed and says "sit down mate, I'll fix you up". He calls over some of the other barbers and we all laughed at the strange mistakes that had happened. Within 5 minutes I had the haircut I originally wanted, and then the legend says "no charge mate". I couldn't walk out without paying, especially after I found out the guys shift had already ended. Long story short, save yourself some time and give this place a miss. If there's no one in the store at midday on a weekend, that's enough of a sign. 2 stars because they weren't rude"
