"I was quoted $114 for microchipping of two kittens over the phone. When I attended and job was done I was charged $188 which I ignorantly paid without thinking. I returned to dispute the charge and was told they charge $80 for the time - I was in and out in 5 minutes. Long story short, my complaint fell on deaf ears. They should’ve stuck by their initial quote - that is why I called ahead of time and ultimately chose to book in. I will never attend this vet clinic again, an apology and a refund of the extra charge would’ve been appropriate. Had I known how expensive it was, I would’ve went elsewhere. Pathetic customer service with no interest retaining customers."
