"Oh man, don not trust this guys specially Chris Watt, he is a liar, rude and dishonest."

"Today I had the absolute misfortune to ring Chris Watt to enquire about a couple of industrial properties advertised with Century 21 Hastings. I'm sorry to say I found him to be a rude, obnoxious, pompous, self opinionated and very unhelpful person. And that was just on the phone. Obviously business must be fantastic at Century 21 Hastings as Chris was able to exhibit, in a 3 minute phone conversation, all the worst traits we all believe estate agents possess in spades, and very quickly establishing that I would never ever deal with him or Century 21 Hastings. I was so surprised after that conversation that I called the office to make my feelings known, asking for the Manager, only to be told by Cadon (who was very understanding and apologetic) that Chris Watt IS the Manager/Principal!!! Well you can imagine my surprise. I was gobsmacked!!!!! Thankfully, even from my short conversation with Cadon, it appears the behaviour of the principal has in no way manifested itself in the behaviour of his staff. I would like to think Mrs Sheryl Watt has everything to do with this. One may also speculate that the staff at Century 21 Hastings are probably used to having to make excuses for Mr Watts boorish behaviour. Chris, obviously I don't know what's going on in your life right now, but if you don't have a legitimate excuse for the way you spoke to me on the phone today and then, to make matters worse, hanging up mid conversation, then I suggest you seriously consider retirement. Or at the very least remove yourself from the front line and let your staff represent your business. And finally it's too bad we cannot review with negative stars as Chris Watt you would get a minus 5 from me."

"Don't trust them. I called to put a bid on a property on french island. It was 12.10pm on Friday. The bid was closing at 5.00pm that day. I spoke to the agent Chris Watt first he tried to discourage me in making a bid. Since I insisted I wanted to make a bid he agreed to email all the papers and said that the bod was expected by 5.00pm that day. I trusted him and waited for the paperwork but it never came through till today. I realized now that the second bid over the first bid was a special client of this agent Chris Watt. That's why he wanted me out of the process. This is bad business practices you shouldn't be allowed to sell properties because you don't sell for your client. I have been misled and hard done by this so called agent."
