Welcome to Monash Accommodation Pty Ltd, located at 2 Arnott Street in Clayton, Australia. As an establishment and point of interest, we have been providing exceptional residential housing for students for over 18 years. Our prime location just across from Monash University Clayton campus makes us one of the most sought-after accommodation options for both local and foreign students.

Under our ownership and management, we proudly offer two buildings: Monash Accommodation at 2-4 Arnott Street and Monash Campus Apartments at 42-44 Wellington Road. Both of these buildings are conveniently situated within walking distance to Monash University Clayton Campus, allowing students to easily access their classes and campus facilities.

Our friendly and experienced staff are always available to assist students in settling into their safe, quiet, and homely environment. We understand the importance of creating a comfortable living space, and that's why all our 60 fully furnished studio apartments are designed with students' needs in mind.

Each studio apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, and toilet. In addition, Monash Campus Apartments on Wellington Road offer private ensuite bathrooms and kitchenettes for light cooking in all bedrooms. The apartments are complete with essential furniture such as single beds, study desks, chairs, armchairs, built-in wardrobes, and bookshelves.

We offer lease contracts for a minimum of 52 weeks, and a one-month bond payable to the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority-RTBA is required upon signing the agreement. This bond is fully refundable upon termination of the rental period.

At Monash Accommodation Pty Ltd, we cover water, gas, and Wi-Fi expenses. However, electricity and telephone usage are not included in the rent, and students are responsible for applying and paying for these services themselves.

Our buildings are conveniently serviced by buses, providing easy access to Monash University Caulfield and Peninsula campuses, as well as surrounding areas such as Clayton town center, Clayton train station, M-City Shopping Centre, Chadstone Shopping Centre, and Melbourne CBD.

To ensure a comfortable living experience, we offer various amenities including coin-operated washing machines and dryers in a communal laundry room, as well as a vacuum cleaner for students to use. Our newly renovated common space provides a great study area, TV area, and even a coffee machine for students to relax and socialize.

We understand that flexibility is important, and in some cases, we may consider contracts for less than 12 months, although the rate will increase at least by $20 per week.

For added security, students will be provided with a spare key for their individual room, allowing them to cut their own keys at their own cost.

We are not officially affiliated with Monash University, but we are conveniently located near the campus, making it a preferred choice for many students. Our proximity to a bus loop, just a 5-minute walk away, ensures easy transportation options.
