Club Chef - Surry Hills 72 Mary Street, Surry Hills, New South Wales 2010

"Today I came here to buy chef shoes for the 3rd times and I had the WORST EXPERIENCE that I ever had. I asked for the shoes size that I bought last times, ONE FEMALE STAFF (i guess Filo or Thai) said rudely that out of stock and left me like that no choices. So, I had try on a few other shoes by myself then she came around me every 3 minutes for pushing me to decide asap. She said that DO NOT bring many shoes for trying on cause other customer will buy the wrong pair, guys.. it's your job to take care of this, not mine and I was holding only two shoes on my hand. Am I the one of those customer who pay you and I have the right to decide? Moreover, my friend had forced to out of the area for the other customer will try on the shoes. So rude and lack of manner, don't even know about the customer service and I wonder why the company still let her working here? I like club chef but your staff had bad services really, very disappointed. I've been working at the kitchen but I think I have more manner than her."

"Just bought a new pair of black chef jacket and wanted to exchange them for the white ones (jackets were not worn only tags were removed). I called them in store asking if i can do some exchange. They said they will do it over the phone. I went to the store then there was different story. Nobody was trying to listen to me in the store. There was an indian girl. She said she will try to find if they have any left. She went inside the store room. I was looking at her she was whispering to someone and came back without even looking at the store room. She lied to me on my face. Such a cheap behavior from staff. Never going there again."

"Worst experience ever! I bought a shoes online, received the email saying that was ready to collect. Went all the way to the Club Chef in Surry Hills and when I got there ...Surprise!!!! They didn't have the shoes and tried to push me one shoes that cost 100$ dollar more expensive. Left the store without the shoes and the only thing I got was one Sorry! Never again and I wish I could give a zero stars"

"You have all items for Chef and kitchen needs but you should check about your staff. We shop there three times (usually lunch time) and this One lady is consistently rude. No customer service and no patience at all. The 2nd time we visited I noticed she treat the students rudely. Her attitude seems like "if you will not buy, i will not entertain you". But the Indian lady is consistently nice to everyone."

"I’m a regular customer here. Service and staff are excellent. Products very reasonably priced and good quality. Wide choice of knifes for any budget! And also all those little chef things you need!"
