"I've had a few great cuts here and the staff are friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Improvements could be made with a fresh hot towel after each haircut and the price is on the upper end at around $35-40 for a basic cut. Customers are supplied with a pre-packaged wet towel after each cut so they can wipe their own head/neck. Although these small disposable towels are nice, this feels a little wasteful to me and I feel at this price point the customer could have the luxury of having hot towel pampered upon them by the barbers."
