Additionally, we offer a variety of vegetarian dishes, such as our spiced cashew nut sauce with fresh seasonal vegetables or our Indian ricotta cheese and chopped spinach cooked with aromatic herbs and spices.
For those who enjoy meat dishes, our menu includes beef cooked in a mild cream and crushed nut spiced sauce, as well as diced beef marinated and cooked with traditional vindaloo paste. Our boneless tandoori chicken, roasted in a tomato and onion masala, is a crowd favorite. We also have boneless chicken fillets cooked in a rich curry sauce or with our chef's special prepared sauce and mango.
If you're in the mood for lamb, try our diced lamb pieces cooked with fresh tomatoes, herbs, and spices. And for a taste of something different, indulge in our potatoes and eggplant cooked with Indian herbs and spices. Our mixture of lentils cooked Indian style is a comforting and wholesome option.
To accompany your meal, we offer a variety of bread options, such as plain flour bread cooked in the tandoor and served hot with a touch of butter. Reviews of Flavour of North India
"The girl at the front was extremely distracted and was not at all friendly. She was not at all bothered to ask us if we are to eat in or take away and packed our order somehow for take away without cutlery or tissue. I understand we went there 45 mins before the closing time but it would have been great to be asked for our preferences about the eating options."
"Pretty rough. That’s the easiest way to describe our experience here. The positives: Plenty of food at an affordable price. The staff were nice and the place was reasonably clean and there is some space to sit down and eat comfortably. The biggest problem is that the food itself is generally not great. The Paneer Palak is tasteless. The Chicken Tiki Masala was awful - the sauce tasted like tomato soup with a heaping of ketchup and sugar in it. The lamb curry was probably the best thing I had (the garlic naan was ok, but burned on one side) but some of the pieces were incredibly tough to chew. So, although there are definitely some good features of the place, the thing that matters most in a restaurant, the food and its taste, is pretty bad. Stick to the lamb curry if you are looking for some cheap calories."
"Getting worse and worse every year. Isn't the same indian restaurant it once was. Will need to find a new local indian as this has just become pretty below average and can't see it getting any better, sad to say baby today was my last trip to this once good indian restaurant now it's just another hole in the Wall serving sub standard food."
"Good value for money. If you’re hungry and after a satisfying and tasty feed quickly then worth trying. The pakoras were delicious. Basic tables for eat in."
