"Attended this place for a 6 year old birthday party. As part of the package we were told there was a 15min skate lesson involved, which is even listed on their website...when we asked the staff we were told no lesson! They seem to have a lot of birthdays there, but do not provide everything required for the birthday cake part of the parties. If you do happen to book here for a birthday party, bring your own birthday cake knife and plates for the cake. When we asked the staff we were told they don't provide that, but when we went to the cafe, they were able to give is the knife and small plates we needed. Staff are kids themselves, and really not friendly or professional at all. For the amount of money we paid, and what the package advertised for that money, was a huge disappointment and not worth it at all!! We invited a few people, and the parents told us their kids would not go because they "hated that place". We were able to see why. I can guarantee your $500 would get you a better kids party elsewhere."

"This place is Sydney’s best kept secret. The staff are warm and friendly and there are so many classes for all ages. It even has an ice bar so you can have a drink after a skate as well as an huge selection from the cafe. They nail the vibe there - you’ll see what I mean. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Oh and the skate shop is incredible. Check it out!"

"We have attended this venue 15 times with our 8 year old grand daughter who has become a confident ice skater. It is great family fun. Lots of food available to keep the energy up. Helpful and polite staff. All the skaters are well organised and behaved. As a spectater ensure you bring warm clothes especially for the lower extremities."
