"I came in one afternoon wanting a high skin fade and a trim on the top. I left the shop with the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. The fade was almost not existent, I may have well done my sides with a 1 razor my self. The length was also too long on the top making me looks like Bert from Sesame Street. On top of that I could not just shave my head because the barber had done completely I ever fades on either side of my head. I would suggest in future you reserve skin fades for barbers with actual experience. I am happy to email some photos through of the cut I received maybe you can use them in training to teach your barber how not to cut hair."

"Terrible service - booking tool is just for looks, no one asks if you have a booking or anything like that. Waited for my turn to come , and the barber who was ready put two guys ahead of me. And to reply to comment from owner below, no the barber didn’t say who’s next, he just looked at the customer and asked them to step to the chair. Run the service better, pay attention to the customer, I don’t need to be in an “I’m next/you’re next conversation”. A guy had the same exact feedback 5 months ago."
