"Quiet Tea house. Perfect spot to eat and catch up with family or friends. The healthy chicken Parma and the spinach and cheese pie were both delicious. The teas were brilliant and the scones and jam topped off the meal nicely. Add to all this some flowers, citrus and plants to browse and purchase if you like"
"Gave them sudden notice for a large event (funeral afternoon tea) and they arranged it perfectly (had tables indoors on a warm day). Lovely, peaceful, atmosphere (nursery, with tables with garden view), it was one of my mum's favourite high tea spots, so perfect for us. They were helpful and friendly throughout (didn't charge for extra coffees at the end). The sandwiches and scones were very nice (could use wider range of sweets, but also nice), had lots of compliments on choice of spot for tea. Enough parking as well. (Thanks to the staff for their help on the day)"
"We ordered the chicken parmy, lamb ragu and chicken and leek pie. The chicken parmy were just 4 bare slices of grilled chicken breast. There was no breadcrumbs on it so not sure whether it warrents being called a chicken parmy. The chicken and leek pie was more like a quiche than a pie. The inside of the pie was looked and tested like scrambled eggs, you could hardly taste any of the chicken or the leeks. And the coffee we ordered was burnt. The lamb ragu was just bland. The only thing I did like was the Greek shortbread. I don't really recommend their lunch menu. I saw better reviews for their desserts and breakfast menu. Maybe come for that."
"This place is fantastic. I went here for a surprise birthday high tea and everything was perfect. There is plenty of parking on the property and a nice range of plants, flowers, seedlings and pots for sale outside. When you enter the premises you are greeted with a smile and a huge range of beautiful homewares, decorations and delicious jams and food you can take home with you. The high tea was lovely and just like having traditional afternoon tea in England. The sandwiches were plentiful, the scones were soft and delicious and the cakes were delicious."
