"I'm giving them one star because I did have an issue with a hot water system that broke down during my 12 month lease and they had it fixed and replaced within 2 days. Great work. However, my overall experience with this company was very terrible. I am a tenant who never missed rent, always paying a few days earlier even. I had an external issue with an outside deck on a second story that had wood rot, about 2 months into my lease. I was advised to stay off the deck until otherwise informed. I rented for 12 months of which 10 months I could not use the deck. I made further enquires but was flat out ignored. As I came to the end of my lease I suggested some kind of compensation or discount on my final rent but was again - flat out ignored by my property manager in regards to this request. I'm currently filling out my VCAT application for their breaches of duty. And lastly my property manager informed me when I was moving out, that due to a clerical error on their behalf I had over paid rent by four days and that they needed my bank details to refund that money. I gave her my details and let it go for a few weeks before I enquired about what was happening with it and yes, flat out ignored again. When I handed in my keys I asked again and she said she would get back to me within two days. Obviously, I never heard from her again... I strongly urge anyone to reconsider being a Renter with the Zebra Property Management group, you are most definitely just a number. RESPONSE: Thanks for the response Arthur. But why was none of that communicated to me at all during the 10 months? I was just flat out ignored. I have nearly a dozen email enquiries that went unanswered. And how is it legal for me to be rented a property that I can't fully access? Over 10 months to repair a 2m by 1m balcony, I doubt it has been fixed? even now. Did you look into my refund for being over charged for rent? I couldn't see it in your response..."

"I had a horrible experience having Zebra Property Management manage my rental, Under Anthony and Cathy. They had my listing since the 8th February and could not find a tenant in 6 weeks. They had one tenant move into the property and then move out within 48 hours- with Zero communication. They then ended up giving her back her Bond and Months rent. Leaving me out of pocket. They had previously told me this was a ‘5 Star Tenant’ They also somehow had left the bathroom of the property filthy- which they could not tell me, how it happened whether it was from a Tenant or an Open for Inspection. After 6 weeks of incompetence I was fed up and took my listing elsewhere and the Property was leased in 3 days. This just sums up how poor their service is and how they can not perform their jobs properly. Avoid at all costs! Edited to Add: Further to your comment Nadine. It would have been fantastic if your company responded as fast to my enquiries when actually managing the property as you did when I left a Negative Google review. All my details are included in this review including my Full name, the start date of my property being listed with you and the two members of your Staff who I dealt with. I suggest you follow up their incompetence with them, not me as I no longer wish to deal with your Company, or follow up with you again."
