"Order 2 Bondi burgers last night and paid $33 we got our burgers and the chicken was slimmey and soggy and did not taste like is should off and was covered in Mayo which also made the bun fall apart. It was un eatableand had to thow away both burgers. will never eat at Oporto again!!"
"Ordered a half chicken box. I asked for my side of corn could be in a seperate container and they completely refused to accomodate the request. I don’t believe this was a difficult or unusual request? I wanted to share the side with someone else but it would’ve been horrible sharing in the same box where I’m eating from. Dumbfounded that the staff on 19/08 chose to die on this hill"
"Ordered whole chicken feed for takeaway asked for bag the girl on the front counter was so rude and refused to give bag she said bag is only for delivery. Just wondering if people are paying extra for bag for delivery?"
"We placed our order at 7:14pm (they close at 8pm). We understand that staff wanted to rush and clean earlier. However, front of house staff was clearly NOT HAPPY attending to us in which another front of house staff had to remind her that there are customers in front of her. We ordered 2 meals: 1 Double Oprego, no Prego sauce, add bacon, in a meal, and 1 Rappsnacker, no Mayo, Light chilli, in a meal. Even rolled her eyes when I showed my Rewards QR. I saw their back of house made our order very quickly. 3 minutes on and front of house still haven't gave us our order and I have to prompt them that our order is sitting on the chute with the light warmers off. Our chips were already prepared in cups lined in the chips basket (frying basket) over the fryers. Came home to eat, and burger is with chilli, despite the wrapper marked Double Oprego, chips are warm (thankfully) but salt were only on top. My son wouldn't eat chilli, so ended up delivery of food. Mistakes happen and we understand that, but disregarding customer service only because we came 40 minutes to closing time doesn't justify this. If your closing time is 8pm, stop taking orders at 8pm or politely decline orders (customers usually understand especially during public holidays). If you want to clean, wash equipment earlier, that's fine, but make sure that you follow steps/procedure in keeping up with quality of food: light warmers on to keep orders warm, chips only cook for 3 minutes and you would only need 1 basket to cook."
"Chicken not bad, similar to Nando’s Cheaper too, but salad not in separate container It’s in same box with chicken sitting on top making the salad hot They should separate the salad"
