"Unfortunately, my two experiences with this practice have been disappointing, most recently Monday 17/7 when a behavioural consult for my dog aggressive dog was booked. Details were provided in the booking process and questions asked (such as the cost of the visit, to which no answer was provided), and the dog wore a muzzle, and double leash to the visit for his and other DOGS safety. The Vet did not go within the vicinity of the dog at all, legitimately looking afraid of him, only asked 2 questions and then sat and typed some notes and provided some medication without talking about any possible side effects or anything. Each time the vet entered and exited the exam room, with the dog calmly laying on the floor just waiting, he took the widest possible path away from the dog. How can an animal professional appear to be afraid of an animal? The Vet also said repeats of his new medication were available but when I requested a copy of the prescription I was told I had to visit the practice each time and pay their price for the medication instead of visiting a pharmacy."

"I will echo many of the others here - the reception staff and nurses were very nice - Dr John on the other hand is a very cold vet, lacking in any bedside manner - handled our 12 week old pup with no warmth or care. Left us in silence as he tapped away on the computer with almost zero communication. No rapport at all. Do not recommend. If they werent the only vet open on Sunday nearby, I doubt many would be returning to John. He's probably a competent vet, but the experience was actually quite off-putting."

"Every single person who works there is kind, empathetic and worth their weight in gold. I had a very sick puppy and through their kindness, care and compassion she went from possibly not surviving on a Monday to taking her home on Friday. Poppy got the best care imaginable and I got some piece of mind knowing she was looked after so thoroughly. I can’t recommend them highly enough, thank you so much!!"

"I was 8 minutes late to my appointment and they cancelled on me at the door because I was quote, unquote 10 minutes late? There is legitimately no parking near this vet and the receptionists are woefully bad at any form of customer service. Id taken a morning off work to make this happen. Waste of my time and a waste of their own time."
