"I regularly take my dog here for his check ups and 6 monthly anti-arthritis injections. We're always greeted by such friendly and enthusiastic staff even when my dog is nervous and anxious about his needles, the vets and vet nurses are always understanding and do everything they can to help him. I'll keep taking my dog here, so happy with all the amazing staff here"
"My Dachshund went in for a Dental yesterday. Dr. Gloria and Rachel looked after him and kept me updated. I was given clear instructions on how to administer his pain medication as he has a couple of stitches. I received another call this morning to check in on him. Highly recommend this practice."
"Our multiple experiences with Dr Sneha Bash, other vets and the brilliant reception staff at Altona North Petstock have all been exceptional. Patience in abundance; a genuine love for their jobs and ‘patients’; going above and beyond; and a sense of humour and great sensitivity for both ‘gentle giant’ and ‘parent’. Thank you."
"- Booked in for vaccination: 17/5 cat was said it was a little bit warmer than normal, and vet stated that since I already gave her vaccination which we have a certificate for so she can book in a booster vaccination for our next visit. We agreed with it and book an appointment. And we got charged $92 for that consultation. - 19/5 We missed this appointment due to circumstances out of out control which we told them and they still charged us $100. - 30/5: we attended the appointment, we paid the cost when vet assistant gave us the vaccination certificate and she told us to come back for a booster in a month time. We then asked why does she need another vaccination shot because we were quoted verbally and charged for a complete vaccination included certificate? She then replied that because we didn’t give her a vaccination as a kitten she then need her vaccination again when her statement was different to the original vet statement we then asked to speak to the vet, we were then told the vet is unavailable to speak to us. We just paid $700 for a desex and vaccination and we could not even get a conversation from the vet on why the original price was different. And it is important to add that the service and attitude that the vet assistant was giving was unacceptable. We were charged $12 for a colar slash cone of which the vet said they were unable to put on the cat, they gave us the cone and we are to attach the cone ourselves and it has to remain on cat for 14 days. We then asked her how we’re going to (not being trained or qualified) attach the cone and keep it there when she could not demonstrate how we are to do it. And when we question this she said our cat was being aggressive with her. And when we went to pick up our frightened scared and “aggressive” cat, she was definitely not this aggressive cat that we were being told off."
"Our fur baby Milo was super stressed after flying from Sydney to Melbourne which was quite upsetting for our family. After visiting pet stock we all felt so much better knowing Milo was physically healthy and the vet and nurses made it very clear what we needed to do to keep him calm and happy. Lovely people and excellent service."
