"3.5 Stars. Being so far out of the city, I expected Hi Pho to be cheaper than most other Pho restaurants in Sydney. It isn't much cheaper, if at all. The quality itself is only okay. The broth is very plain and needed a fair bit of mint and other condiments to give more flavour. The shop itself feels quite dated and plain, even for a Pho restaurant. Still, it's nice to have a Pho in the Penrith area. The service was excellent."
"Came here for lunch. Not much service basically. Went in, got the menu by ourselves, ordered at the counter, paid, food served, took spoons forks ourselves, ate, left the place. If there is rice rolls that will be great (only fried spring rolls available). If you want banh mi there is a bakery nearby. My pho was nice!"
"Lovely pho and delicious spring rolls here was quiet surprised as it's fairly dismal inside to be honest. Cash only was a draw back as I had no cash and wish I'd known beforehand I do think if they had eftpos it would get more business as it's not like 5 stars so you need to entice the customers. That said it was very good not a clear broth but tasty."
